At its core, Novara begins with a non-alcoholic distilled citrus base with predominant flavours of sweet orange peel, lightly sweetened and finished with a careful maceration of Quassia Bark β’ Rhubarb Root β’ Bitter Orange Peel β’ Gentian Root β’ Orris Root β’ Cascarilla Bark β’ Angelica Root β’ Cinchona Bark.
