Ariel – Cabernet Sauvignon

Since its debut in 1985, Ariel has enchanted reviewers and consumers alike - even winning a Gold Medal against wines with alcohol at the prestigious Los Angeles Commercial Wine & Spirits competition. Ariel is grown on J. Lohr’s sustainably farmed estate vineyards in Monterey County and Paso Robles. It is fermented and barrel aged in their state-of-the-art winery, before having the alcohol gently removed by their proprietary process.

Inspired by Shakespeare’s ethereal spirit Ariel, this oak-aged, alcohol-removed Cabernet Sauvignon enchants with lush aromas of black currants, cherries, blueberries, and notes of chocolate. Soft tannins and a dry finish echo Ariel’s elusive, poetic nature.
