Jukes 6 - The 'Red': Apple cider vinegar based, fruity, deep and spicy in style. Number 6 refers to the sixth recipe that we created when we started the Jukes project. Blackcurrant and blackberries lead the way, which is evident in the lusty colour of this drink. While layers of complexity are introduced thanks to the red fruit, raspberries, strawberries and plums which give an extra dimension and depth of flavour. Beyond these familiar fruit notes, there are sensitive additions of earthy vegetable and deeply flavoured spices which resonate on the finish adding power, length and richness. Jukes 6 is based on the flavours of a multitude of different red wine styles which enables it to match with an extremely broad range of dishes.

Jukes 8 - The 'Rosé Apple cider vinegar based, perfumed and refreshing with a dry finish. Jukes 8 will bring a little slice of Provence into your lives and lift your mood with its scintillating flavours.

Jukes 1 - The 'White': Apple cider vinegar based, centred around a citrus and herb theme. Number 1 refers to the first recipe that we created when we started the Jukes project. Built on a theme of peach blossom, refreshing cucumber, top quality plums, tart apples and pineapple husk, this is a fragrant drink with a full flavour on the palate and, crucially a long, tart, lemon zest-tinged finish. The apple cider vinegar allows each ingredients to express themselves fully thanks to our delicate maceration techniques. Jukes 1 is based on the flavours of a multitude of different white wine styles which enables it to match with an extremely broad range of dishes.
