This non-alcoholic premium sparkling wine impresses with exotic fruit, refreshing lightness, mineral accents and elegant acidity, a hint of almond and blossom honey, accompanied by an elegant perlage. In the glass, a golden-yellow core with silver reflections and a fine sparkling perlage. In the nose the fruity scent of yellow pears, green apple, quince and kumquat. Wonderfully refreshing on the palate with notes of mango, grapefruit, and lychee. In addition, charming roasted almonds and blossom honey are paired up to the mineral finish. The sparkling wine is always accompanied by a finely interwoven play of acidity and fruit.

The varietals of this high-quality dealcoholized sparkling wine are Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. The grapes come from the famous Austrian wine region of Rust. The wine was matured in the classic way. By means of vacuum distillation and aroma recovery, the alcohol was removed in an aroma-preserving manner. After dealcoholization, it was bottled with 6 bar of added carbon dioxide. The first vintage was selected by wein.pur to be the best sparkling wine of Austria and Germany.
