Glen Dochus Manhattan
This non-alcoholic Manhattan is a tantalizing twist on the enduring whiskey classic. It has a rewarding balance of flavors, a bright aroma and a fancy cocktail cherry—who could ask for more?
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Glen Dochus West Coast Blend
• 1 oz non-alcoholic sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes of aromatic or spiced cherry bitters
• Orange peel
• Cocktail cherry to garnish
Instructions:
Combine Glen Dochus, non-alcoholic vermouth, bitters, and ice in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Squeeze the orange peel over the glass to express a little of the aromatic oil. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
Glen Dochus Malt Mule
This refreshing cocktail works beautifully with the crisp, mouth-watering flavors of our smoky Island Blend. It’s traditionally served in a cold copper mug, but we’re not sticklers for the rules. We’re pretty sure it will taste just as good in a chilled crystal tumbler. Mix and enjoy!
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Glen Dochus Island Blend
• ½ oz lime juice (or juice from one wedge)
• High quality ginger beer
• Wedge of lime and a sprig of mint to garnish
Instructions:
Pour Glen Dochus into a chilled copper mug or tumbler. Add lime juice and fill up to the top with ice. Drench it with ginger beer and garnish with a fresh lime wedge and a sprig of mint. Irresistible.
Glen Dochus Derby
This delicious cocktail is based on the classic Brown Derby—a real “Old Hollywood” drink. It’s the perfect choice for lazy afternoon sips on the patio or a night on the town. It’s also easy to make, so you’ll spend less time mixing and more time kicking back with friends.
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ oz Glen Dochus Highland Blend
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1 tsp Scottish heather honey
• Dash of lemon juice
• Grapefruit twist to garnish
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients except the garnish to a cocktail shaker and give it a good mix. Pour into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy.
Glen Dochus Sour
This easy-to-make cocktail has a great balance of sweet and sour notes that really bring out the flavors and aromas of our irresistible Glen Dochus Export Blend.
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ oz Glen Dochus Export Blend
• 2 tsp sugar syrup
• 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ egg white
• Dash of bitters
• Orange slice to garnish
Instructions:
Chill a tumbler and assemble your ingredients. Beat the white of an egg so that it’s fluffy and light. Pour Glen Dochus, egg white, bitters, sugar syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake hard. Carefully strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a slice of juicy orange.
