Five Cozy Non-Alc Options for Fall

By Nicole Jaques

I’ve been sober for two years now, and here’s the thing: you don’t have to have a problem with alcohol for it to have a problem with you. I figured that out when my autoimmune disorder had me rethinking everything, including those weekly one or two glasses of wine. Spoiler alert: cutting out alcohol was one of the best decisions I ever made. Now, I’m all about finding ways to enjoy life, good vibes, and delicious drinks—no booze required!

Whether you’re cozying up with a warm fall drink or shaking up a mocktail, you can have all the fun without any of the “Why did I drink that?” or “What did I say?” regret. This season, I’m launching my mocktail series, Mocktails That Don’t Suck, on Instagram and TikTok because I believe hosting should be fun, not followed by a headache. Think cinnamon-spiced margaritas, bubbly non-alcoholic champagne, and all the festive flavors you crave without the hangover. If you’re ready to mix up some drinks that your guests will love (and that won’t have you regretting anything in the morning), then stay tuned! We’re making fall gatherings delicious, cozy, and 100% hangover-free. Cheers to that!

Here are my top five non-alcoholic spirits, wines, and beers for fall:

Lyre’s Agave Blanco

Margarita with Cinnamon Apple Syrup

This non-alcoholic take on the classic margarita is already a favorite, but adding a splash of cinnamon apple syrup gives it the perfect fall twist. The warmth from the cinnamon complements the tartness of the lime, making it a cozy and refreshing choice for crisp autumn evenings.

Princess 0.0 Champagne

For a non-alcoholic sparkling wine, Princess 0.0 brings all the celebratory vibes without the alcohol. It’s light, bubbly, and slightly sweet, perfect for any fall gathering. I love serving it with a slice of pear or apple for a festive touch. Tastes like the real thing.

Athletic Brewing Run Wild

Beer-O-Rita

Combining a non-alcoholic beer with a margarita-style mix, this Beer-O-Rita is an unexpected fall hit! The beer’s crisp, refreshing taste blends perfectly with a tart lime kick, making it great for tailgating or casual get-togethers to watch the game!

Ritual Zero Proof Gin Alternative

If you love a classic gin and tonic, this is the perfect substitute. With notes of juniper, citrus, and a slightly herbal finish, it’s perfect for creating fall mocktails. Add a splash of tonic and garnish with rosemary and an orange slice for a cozy seasonal twist.

Jøyus Non-Alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon

Jøyus delivers a rich, bold flavor without the alcohol. Its deep notes of blackberry, plum, and just a hint of spice make it the perfect companion for hearty fall meals or cozying up with a book. Also fun to add a cinnamon stick or pomegranate seeds on top!
