An essential ingredient in today’s most popular cocktails including the Negroni, Manhattan, Boulevardier, The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso has a core characterized by tannins of Pinot Grigio grapes and is fortified with floral, bitter, hoppy wormwood notes, stewed fruit and rich spices like cloves, cinnamon, and marjoram.
Nose - Robust and warming spices, mingled with rhubarb, orange peel and Italian cola
Palate - Rich turbinado sugar w/ drying christmas fruit cake, complex and integrated dark spices
