Ghia launches Berry Aperitif

Ghia has expanded its product range with the introduction of a new flavor, Berry. This latest offering builds on the success of their original aperitif, which launched in 2020. Berry is a blend of natural strawberry juice, fermented jasmine green tea, and black currant juice, delivering a nuanced balance of sweet and dry notes. Ghia invested over two years in R&D to achieve a unique flavor profile that complements a wide range of culinary experiences. The aperitif’s complexity is enhanced by an array of botanicals, including holy basil, chamomile, honeysuckle, clove, cardamom, and orange blossom. It’s less bitter than Ghia’s hero product (founder Melanie Masarin noted in a recent interview that only about 25% of Americans like bitter flavor profiles).
